Home Watch of North Georgia was formed by Ruth Leonard after having been involved through her husband in the Big Canoe real estate services industry for more than 10 years. Additionally, the personal experiences of owning a second home in Big Canoe revealed significant gaps in the availability of quality real estate services in Big Canoe. More specifically she recognized a need to provide professional, licensed, insured and bonded services to our market.
The almost weekly stories of un-licensed, un-insured parties providing mediocre real estate services to this market combined with Ruth’s personal experiences led her to believe an opportunity to create Home Watch of North Georgia existed. She then completed a sample market survey of property owners to confirm the concept was needed and would be supported. The response was overwhelming and Home Watch of North Georgia was born! Today we are growing almost daily and we look forward to one day soon providing excellent services to you!
