Home Watch of North Georgia also offers a service we call Key Holder Services. Instead of leaving your key with a neighbor, relative or friend we will hold a key to your property for you. There are many advantages to our service versus your neighbor. For example:
1. What if your neighbor, relative or friend is away when the key is needed?
2. Is your key being kept in a safe and secure location?
3. From a privacy standpoint many people don’t want others in their home.
At your direction we can meet contractors, accept deliveries, or even meet guests to begin and end their stay at your home. Alternatively, with your permission your approved party can simply check out your key from our location. All keys are kept in a large 1,500 pound safe with video surveillance. We are happy to work with you to develop a customized service specifically geared towards your needs.
