Living in Florida, it is a concern at times as to what is going on with our Big Canoe property and if everything okay? Home Watch of North Georgia has solved that problem for us! Recently we had a minor issue…..invasion of the lady bugs…..there were literally thousands of them…..upon completing a scheduled inspection we received photos of our property documenting the issue and suggesting a solution…..we were so pleased because we had guests coming in to use our property and it would have been very embarrassing to us to have had the lady bugs there to welcome our guests. Thank you Home Watch of North Georgia for making sure our guests received a clean and neat property to use!
It was our plan to go back up to the Big Canoe property before colder weather arrives and unfortunately it does not look like that is going to happen. We contracted with Home Watch of North Georgia to complete a winterization service to avoid the crisis many Big Canoe property owners experienced last winter. Our next door neighbors did not winterize last year and had pipes freeze costing them substantially. We are told this year they will be using Home Watch of North Georgia services to prevent damage this winter.
